CE License Renewal

Click this link and create an OHID account or log into your account. Follow these steps below:

Attach your license to your OHID account (if you haven't already).

Select View next to your license.

Go to Actions → New Service Request.

Choose Upload Continuing Education Course Certificate or Renew (if renewing your license).

Follow the prompts and save your confirmation receipt.

*Please make sure all of this is POSTMARKED by your due date. Steps are for both the 30 hour CE and 20 hour CE renewals*

*For 30 Hour CE only, KWCP and KWHT agents can now complete their required 30-hour Post-License Education through Kaplan at no cost. To get started, contact Carmen Zink at c.zink@kw.com for enrollment instructions.

1 Year 20 Hour Post: Click here to be taken to the CE shop that offers the courses. Please make sure you send The Division of Real Estate the completed course certificate by your due date.

Birthday Renewal Application

For your birthday renewal, you will need to log into your OHID and follow the instructions below:

If needed, attach your real estate license to your OHID account.

From the Dashboard, select My Licenses and click View next to your license.

Click Actions and select Renew.

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete and submit your

renewal ($182 renewal fee).

Save or print your confirmation receipt for your records.
